Our Company has proudly served Wayne County and the surrounding areas since 2009. We’ve built a reputation as a trusted partner in the diesel community, specializing in everything from oil changes and routine maintenance work to engine and transmission rebuilds for diesel trucks.

We take pride in providing high performance transmission rebuilds tailored to meet the needs of everyone, from daily drivers to performance enthusiasts.

What started as a response to a need for reliable diesel services on light duty trucks has grown steadily into much more. In 2013, we moved to our current location, enabling us to expand our operations and better serve our customers. Backed by an extensive knowledge of diesel systems and years of hands-on experience, our team is driven by attention to detail, commitment to quality and a forward-thinking approach to the diesel industry.

While the company operated as Blake’s Diesel Care for our first 15 years, in 2025 we rebranded into the Maverick Companies. This transformation involved restructuring multiple businesses that allow us to focus on various areas such as towing, parts and repairs. Now, all repair work operates under Maverick Motorworks LLC.

Though our name has changed, our passion for diesel care and our dedication to the community remains as strong as ever. Our mission is to build lasting relationships through our dedication to our customers, deliver reliability, and foster a supportive environment where our employees can thrive.
